Jittery feet

Oh boy oh boy I just finished writing an English essy, and I was so pumped I started dancing to the sound of the printer.

Sinusoids.

Eurghh, I am so tired...I just spent an hour drawing graphs of sines...and cosines...and tangents...and also csc and sec and cot.
I hate math. Ok, I'll admit that I get an adrenaline rush from simplifying monstrous fractions, but drawing graphs= not that fun for me. At least the lines were squiggly.

Anyway, I wore a pair of baggy pants to school today, so OF COURSE it rained, and OF COURSE my pants dragged in the puddles and got soaked... so I just changed into a skirt when I got home.

Sweatshirt- Hanes
Skirt- made by a tailor in China. Actually brighter and whiter than the picture shows.
Book- Tamar by Mal Peet. One of the best books I've read in a while. I'll write a review sometime in the future.

Mmmmmmmm... nothing special, but quite comfy.

Doesn't feel like spring to me.

Yesterday was the first day back after spring break, so it was shove the books back into the backpack and put the boobs back into the bra.

So sad.

Anyway, it's for some reason STILL ridiculously cold here in Madison, and I'm really wanting to wear my skirts... well, at least I saw the sun this morning. It looked especially happy today for some reason. It lit up the glass on the doors and people's hair and everything glowed and smiled.

I smiled too.

Happy happy Easter to you.

It's Easter and there's not a single chocolate egg in the house. We finished the pink Peeps bunnies a week ago. It's lonely.

On a different and rather contradictory note, I watched Hellboy on TV...well, actually, I missed the first half of it--- but it was pretty good. At first I thought it was going to be some cheesy science fiction movie, but I really liked it. There was action, drama, humor, violence, and romance.

Everything you need to make a good movie.

Again, sorry for the shit photos!! I had to copy-paste into Word, then copy-paste THAT into Paint, and somehow it made the picture of Liz really blocky and stylized.....

Anyway. I really liked Liz--- I don't know if you can tell, but her eyes just look so sad and tired and haunted.

Now Mr. Hellboy, he had really strange red plasticky muscles, but I found the character still really likeable. There was something about his sense of humor and stupid fearlessness that made the tense moments feel better.

:) Yay!

Ok, end of post (i.e. dinnertime).

Strange ideas...

I was doing some research for my Romeo and Juliet project (i.e. procrastinating on the 'net)
When I realized how fun these men's pants are...

Wouldn't these be nice if they were slightly (okay, alot) de-puffified and highwaisted? Worn with multicolored tights?
Ehh, apologies for the strangeness. I promise it's temporary!!

Full of cake

Yippee! I went to Borders today and bought Un Lun Dun and the Queen Geek Social Club.
I'm so excited for the extreme hardcore reading that will follow.

I saw The Sweet Far Thing there, too, but it was in hardcover and too expensive. Ah, the sweet pain of waiting for that book!!!!!!!!! Wahhh!!

*Sniffle, sniffle.* Anyway, I just stuffed my face with carrot cake, and I loved every moment of it. See, this is a moment when I'm thankful for songs like Baby Got Back. Boy, that song gives me self esteem.
